My Approach

In my practice, I take a deeply personalized approach to hypnosis, crafting sessions as unique as the individuals themselves. I believe that the key to unlocking the subconscious lies in the language of metaphor and symbolism, much like the language of dreams. This is why I strive to weave your personal narrative, interests, and experiences into our sessions, making them feel like tailor-made adventures where you are the hero.

I am trained in two styles of hypnosis. One relies on creating a dissociative state of consciousness to bypass the conscious mind and reframe the subconscious, typically done in Ericksonian Hypnosis. The other starts from the belief that we are already naturally dissociated and aims to foster an association between the conscious and subconscious mind, ensuring full alignment and control of your transformation. This is Humanistic Hypnosis. Both approaches are highly effective.

Based on the elements we gather during our initial meeting and your desired goals, I will guide you toward the most suitable style for your journey.

What to Expect

✨ During our first session (lasting 1 to 1.5 hours), we'll engage in a conversation to clearly define your objective, ensuring it's both realistic and sustainable. Hypnosis is most effective when your goal is well-defined, and you're fully committed to achieving it. I will conduct a few tests on you (no need to worry ;) to determine which style of hypnosis might be more appropriate for you, or if hypnosis is appropriate at all for your situation. During this time, I will also gather valuable information about you, allowing me to tailor your next sessions to your specific needs.

✨ During a regular session (1 hour): If I employ Humanistic Hypnosis, I will begin with what is called an induction. I will gradually guide you towards an altered state of consciousness, conducive to the symbolic work we will engage in. Once this state is reached, you will embark on an adventure that resembles a dream. I will use metaphors to guide you on this journey. You will not be sleeping during the session; in fact, I will ask you many questions to understand your experience and better guide you in your personal quest. Together, we will identify and transform what needs to be addressed, and you will play an active role in this process.

If I employ Ericksonian Hypnosis, I will begin with an induction to dissociate your conscious mind from your subconscious, enabling me to engage in a dialogue with your subconscious and reframe what needs to be addressed in alignment with your objective. Confusion techniques and indirect suggestions are subtle ways to bypass the critical conscious mind and install sustainable results. This process can be profound, and it's not uncommon for individuals to experience periods of deep relaxation.

✨ After your session, you should already feel a difference! Your reaction may depend on the type of hypnosis used, the objectives we worked on together, and your personal response to hypnosis. You may feel either tired but relaxed or super energized. The effects of the session will continue to show in your daily life and may even manifest through your dreams.
